  • Begin Work -- I request A Personal Scribe to begin work as indicated in my instructions. I agree to provide all necessary information to complete the project I have requested. I understand that additional information provided after my initial order may add to the cost of my project. If this is the case, A Personal Scribe will indicate so via e-mail, telephone conference, or fax, and an additional payment may be required prior to delivery of final documents.
  • Delivery -- I understand my finished documents will be delivered via e-mail, US Postal Services, or via other mail processing  in a timely manner.
  • Proofread -- I understand A Personal Scribe will use the information presented to produce documents as described and requested and is not responsible for the content of material presented; that A Personal Scribe strives to provide correct and accurate copy and that the final proofreading is up to me.
  • Corrections -- A Personal Scribe will correct typographical errors at no charge; any other changes may be subject to additional fees.
  • Responsibility -- I understand a Personal Scribe will produce a presentable résumé and is in no way responsible for the outcome of my potential interview(s). My résumé or other documents may be added to A Personal Scribe's library which may be used as reference or even at some future time be put together for publication with identifying pertinent data changed to protect my identity.
  • Pay -- Payment is accepted at the time of order through a third party, independent payment processor (PayPal). I understand there is a standard policy of "no refunds" on A Personal Scribe's hours invested or hard costs. I agree to pay for all work and will be responsible for any costs incurred by A Personal Scribe in collecting payment, including interest fees, late charges, and/or any other fees which may be levied including all court costs and attorney's fees.
